The Why

After 20 years of training and coaching people around the world but also travelling and living abroad, I have come to the conclusion that Emotional Intelligence is the most essential competence you can develop. I believe this will be even more true in the years to come.

Why would you benefit from developing your own Emotional Intelligence ? I could give you so many answers to that because of how vast the field of Emotional Intelligence is; to me, at the end, it really comes down to relational intelligence.

On one hand, the world continues to grow more complex, with rapid technological advancements, globalization, and societal changes. On the other hand, the research is clear, the quality of our relationships is essential to our well-being. Yet the skills to have authentic relationships in one’s personal life or at work, are getting worse and worse, which has a direct impact on our mental health and social cohesion.

Emotional Intelligence facilitates cultural understanding, empathy, and respect, enabling individuals to navigate diverse environments with different sensitivity and effectiveness. Leaders who possess emotional intelligence can inspire and motivate others, resolve conflicts constructively, and create inclusive environments. Emotional intelligence enables individuals to build authentic relationships, both personally and professionally, and fostering trust.

Emotional Intelligence allows you to communicate effectively and authentically, find mutually beneficial solutions and to manage conflicts constructively. It also allows you to recognise when this won’t be possible, when you got caught up in a power struggle, when the other person just doesn’t have the competences/willingness to resolve the conflict and therefore where you should put your energy in order to preserve yourself.

Emotional Intelligence helps build vulnerability based trust, creativity, and a willingness to experiment, innovate, develop out of the box problem-solving solutions, a growth mindset, and create inclusive environments conducive to innovation and growth. Emotional Intelligence helps you understand how you function, it is a door to greater self-awareness and it equips you with the skills to regulate your emotions, cultivate your empathy, thereby promoting overall well-being and supporting your mental health.

In summary, Emotional Intelligence is essential for building a brighter and more harmonious future. As challenges evolve and opportunities emerge, individuals equipped with emotional intelligence will continue to lead the way towards greater understanding, collaboration, and progress.

You grow by rubbing yourself to people and pondering. I am convinced that learning and growing makes life meaningful, and as discouraging as it may seem, in a society where we want it all, right now and without any hurdles, learning takes patience and commitment but the reward is a true liberation.

After 20 years of training and coaching people around the world, I have come to the conclusion that Emotional Intelligence and a systemic understanding encompasses it all. It might be even more true today. My mission is to make the world a better place through Emotional Intelligence by transmitting my learnings, open your eyes and your consciousness to new horizons through your own inner process.

I coach in French, English, Spanish and Italian. I coach mainly online but I am open to face to face options upon request.

Work With Me

We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost. { Charlie Chaplin speech in The Great Dictator }
